Turnaround
All orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays. To help guarantee our high product quality upon delivery, orders are not shipped out on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Order Tracking
A tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, and will be supplied to you upon request.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order may be based on the weight of your products, and your location. Upon request you will be supplied with the cost of shipping and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and circumstances out of our control (shipping), we are not responsible once the product has been shipped.
All sales are final.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
